We are currently seeking an experienced Technical and Quality Surveyor to join Paradigm Housing's Residential Development Team on a permanent basis. You will provide a quality control and technical service on all assigned projects to ensure compliance with the required quality standards, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation and CDM regulations.
To be successful in this post you must have:
Recognised degree-level qualification or equivalent preferably in a construction-related discipline.
Post graduate qualification and/or membership of professional body e.g. Chartered Institute of Building, Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, and Royal Institute of British Architects.
Significant and proven experience of construction both theoretical and practical.
You may be working as a Surveyor, Clerk of Works or Site Manager, overseeing new build residential development schemes.
