Our client is looking for experienced support workers to provide 3:1 support at an adult service based in Widnes. The nature of this role is challenging behaviours, learning disabilities and complex behaviours. Ideal candidates will have prior experience with working along this type of service user, and will have a familiarity operating in a resilient, supportive fashion when challenging circumstances arise. Not only will this position offer great job satisfaction, but a real feeling that you are changing and making a difference to someone's life, whilst collaborating with a driven and supportive team to reach the same end goal.
Hours of work are: up to 60 hours per week
Shift patterns: to be worked flexibly on a rotational basis which may include weekends and public holidays (according to the needs of the service)
