We currently have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Senior Trade Counter Sales to head up and drive forward a new trade counter based in Southampton. You will naturally and proactively engage with our customers to promote our diverse product range, driving sales and offering technical support to ensure our customer's journey is effortless.
Proactivity grow and maintain an active customer base on the trade counter
Delivering the highest customer service to maximise to increase profitability and profit margin
Ensuring that the trade counter operates efficiently and to high standards
Working with the Area Sales Manager and regional support teams to achieve sales and budget targets
Proactively resolving any customer issues, the first time!
Promote our diverse product range, offering alternatives more suited to the customer
Skills and Experience;
Plastic and window knowledge preferred but not essential as training can be provided.
A thorough understanding of health and safety practices.
Trade counter knowledge and experience.
Experience with maximise profitability and profit margins
Knowledge of the local market.
Organised and structured approach to work and tasks.
Excellent communication skills at all levels
