Zachary Daniels are working with a fantastic company looking to grow their already successful sales team due to a fantastic period of growth. The individual will be managing the companies number one account (John Lewis) along with some other National Accounts (depending on the individual). The successful applicant will need experience of managing the John lewis account at some point in their career.
This is an opportunity to be a part of a business who boast a fantastic company culture. The company is based in the South of England, however they will offer flexible working for the successful individual. The pay is very cometitive for a senior NAM and the bonus is excellent.
-Managing John Lewis and other accounts through positive relationships in order to deliver profitable and sustainable growth.
-launching and driving availability of NPD while executing promotional plans for the portfolio
-Conducting high level negotiations
-Identify and drive viable new business opportunities.
-Devise and execute comprehensive and cost-effective account plans, JBP's and promotional plans and regularly review with each individual key account.
-Monitor and report on competitor activity in the UK market, identify changes and emerging trends in customer and consumer buying patterns.
The successful candidate will have experience managing John Lewis and will be from a branded background within consumer/FMCG, This can be food/drink/homewares/toys/nursery/gift/beauty/healthcare. This can be a NAM looking to step up to a SNAM or someone already operating at SNAM level.
