Our client is well respected globally and they supply directly to individuals as well as retailers of all sizes…We have a vacancy for a lynchpin within the team who will be the Senior Administrator.

It's a small team therefore we need a multi skilled person to keep up with the changes and ensure things run smoothly. It's an interesting and varied role requiring a wealth of skills…

The role will involve:

*General office admin, including answering the phone, responding to emails, filing.
*Assisting with producing statements and other work related to royalty payments.
*Assisting with stocktakes, inventory management, placing and processing stock orders to printers etc.
*Handling trade and individual orders, including generating invoices via Xero, taking credit card payments, maintaining records of orders, payments etc.
*You will play a leading role in bringing new website online, administering backend website functionality et cetera.
*You will also be responsible for IT in the office.

The Company is established, successful and still growing.

We need a dynamic and proactive individual who is comfortable with a varied and changing workload…

Skills required:

*Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft - particularly EXCEL
*Ability to update the back end of the website in order to update with new products and events.
*To be the go to person in sorting I.T. issues
*Excellent attention to detail and the ability to focus in the job in hand
*Someone who embraces change as it's a constantly changing business….
