We're looking for several scheme managers to join us at Bromford to oversee our older person housing schemes in the Tewkesbury area. You will spend your time ensuring the buildings are well run, getting to know the tenants and making sure they're supported.
You will oversee the properties on a daily basis, handling showings to prospective new residents as well as promoting and encouraging customer involvement within the schemes, so strong communication and influencing skills are a must.
Site inspections and supporting our tenants will be a big part of your day to day role, but you will also work closely with other teams, both internally and externally, to provide an integrated service at all levels. It really is a varied and enjoyable role, where you primarily are there to support and empower customers.
These roles are available as full time, fixed term contracts until the end of March 2022 and are subject to an enhanced DBS and Adult Barred List Check. You will be based in and around Tewkesbury and travel around surrounding areas will be required.

Has experience of working with older people, in a customer focused environment
Has experience of understanding and working within policies, procedures, and code of conduct
Your previous experience may be in roles such as housing manager, housing officer, estate management, scheme officer, amongst others.
