We're seeking a talented individual who can 'hit the ground running' in our client's Sales Support and Customer Services team.

Previous experience of working in a similar role is essential … as you'll be working in a busy role, juggling priorities and working to deadlines.

No doubt you're naturally organised and someone who thrives working in a role where you're responsible for ensuring customer orders are processed in a timely manner and deliveries are on time.

You'll no doubt have a strong work ethic (not easily distracted from the work in hand) and enjoy working in a small, friendly team. No doubt you'll be someone others will describe as positive, personable, hard-working and a clear and confident communicator.

You will be the point of contact for the field based reps who are seeking your assistance to discuss, order and arrange delivery and query handling. Each order is loaded and followed through to delivery. Therefore an eye for detail goes without saying to ensure accuracy.

No doubt you will be used to working with computer based systems and experienced to working to SLA's and delivering great customer service.

You'll be looking to work in conveniently located modern offices. If you've used Sage 200 and CRM that will be a distinct advantage.
