Sales Executive Kingston upon Thames
Our client is looking for a dynamic and energetic Sales Operations Executive to join their fast-growing and award-winning company within the technology sector. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Sales and collaborate with the Sales team to support the development of a first-class sales unit.
Responsibilities of Sales Executive:
Taking ownership for the management and delivery of sales focused reports.
Support the development of reporting including data collection and analysis.
Work with internal stakeholder teams to provide clear performance metrics.
Gathering critical information with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
Work to support the sales teams to a high standard.
Provide data and reports for sales meetings and client needs as required.
Provide day-to-day support to Sales by navigating internal processes and workflows and resolving issues as the occur.
Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure all deals continue to move through the sales process.
Manages CRM data cleanliness on an ongoing basis directly and in conjunction with Sales Managers.
Support the sales teams with processing of orders on the Datafile system.
Creating, handling and loading of customer complaints and returns on the CRM system.
Reviewing, communicating - internally and externally the customer backlog with real time data. Tracking shipments if a collection has failed or if orders have gone missing within 24 hours.
Communicate to sales team product recalls working with warehouse and purchasing teams. Ensure these are logged daily on CRM.
Working with the sales/purchasing teams to inform customer of deals and promotions.
Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction in the way of a monthly report.
Own the setting up new customer accounts with the accounts department within 24 hours.
Provide customers feedback and record the customer experience via CRM system with OTDIF and the efficiency of our services.
Follow up on customer interactions and documents all outcomes. To be recorded daily on CRM.
Accurately recording the detail of each inbound and outbound call on the CRM database.Requirements of Sales Executive:
Educated to degree level or similar.
Minimum of 3 years in a customer service or sales administration role
Microsoft office proficient including excel.
Competency with sales CRM platforms
Familiarity with preparation of sales reports
Experience of working within a sales environment
Mobile technology or similar industry experience
