A fantastic opportunity for someone to join a Boutique family run Business in the heart of Windermere as there new Retail Manager.

As the Retail Manger you have the opportunity to be creative and put your own stamp on the Business.

Key Responsibilities:

? Engage with new and existing clients and provide first class customer service at every stage of the sale process, always striving to go above and beyond to delight our clients.

? Be a spokesperson for the brand, ensuring the passion and creativity that goes into creating the products is communicated with our clients.

? Ensure the presentation of the store and seasonal product displays are merchandised to the highest standard.

? Meet and exceed the sales targets set by the senior management team.

? Develop strategies to maximise sales opportunities through the store, you won't just be selling products, you are selling our brand and the whole package of services we offer to our clients.

? Collate customer feedback on product ranges, and relay this to the buying and design team to influence future product designs.

? Support the senior management team by ensuring the smooth daily operation of the Windermere store and taking responsibility for managing store team employees and staff rotas.

? Digital presence is ever growing, you and your team will be expected to support the web team by updating our social media channels, ensuring all items in the store are available for sale on our webshop. Occasionally you may be required to support the marketing team by writing copy for products and promotional material.

Personal Skills:

? The ability to engage and develop relationships with our clients, we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service.

? Develop and foster relationships internally with colleagues across departments within our business, we are a relatively small but highly performing team.

? Excellent sales skills with the ability to generate sales leads with new and existing clients. You will be responsible for the sale of luxury items as well as supporting the wider sales team with generating leads and sales of our core services through the store.

? Able to work independently as well as part of a small dispersed team.

? Exceptional organisational and time management skills, the role is varied, there is a lot to do on a daily basis. You will need to be self managing and organise your time effectively.

Technical Skills:

? Excellent administrative skills, you will need to manage a variety of documents and data across different digital platforms.

? Proficient in the use of spreadsheets, email, video conferencing tools, epos and stock management systems.

? You will have some responsibility for updating our social media platforms therefore familiarity with how to use Facebook and Instagram is desirable.

? We use Google's G-Suite and Mac operating systems. Knowledge of these is desirable but training can be given

Salary: £22,500 per annum.

Monday to Saturday on a rota basis.
