In this role, as part of the Operations Team you'll be responsible for ensuring all operational resources are utilised in the most flexible and efficient way to maximise productivity and provide good customer service.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
Day to day, you will be accountable for:
Resource Availability
Track resource availability daily, including forecast, to ensure that all available resources can be scheduled.
Resources including field engineering, L3, L2 and L1 engineering resources.
Track and manage skills matrix for all resources, so tasks can be allocated to resources based on their skills.
Manage and schedule holiday/training cover.
Task Scheduling
Manage and allocate tasks daily.
Receive installation requests and schedule resources, based on skill, availability and geography to fulfil the required installation tasks.
Receive service requests and schedule resources based on skill and availability to fulfil the task.
Ensure tasks are allocated in line with internal and customer facing service levels.
Reporting & Insight
Monitor and report on resource utilisation.
KPI's you will be responsible will be: Resource utilisation, cost per task, on time task allocation.
Identify opportunities to maximise utilisation and more effective task allocation.
Work with managers to analyse task volumes and identify opportunities to optimise resources, and skills development to better fulfill required tasks.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
What you bring to the job
At least 3 years' experience in a role which requires similar skills.
Focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
Experience of daily scheduling coordination.
An eye for detail, ensuring actions are completed fully.
Some experience of identifying issues and making improvements.
Exposure to a fastpaced SME business.
BPSS, SC and NPPV clearance is required for this role.
YOUR QUALIICATIONS
About your education and qualifications
A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English
Customer service training would be a bonus
