The Duties - Recruitment Administrator / Resourcer
The focus of the role of Recruitment Resourcer is to provide day to day candidate control, candidate generation and administrative support to the recruitment team.
* Advertising permanent and temporary roles on behalf of the Recruitment Consultants
* Matching candidate skills to client requirements
* Monitor responses to live adverts
* Registering and qualifying candidates
* Shortlist candidates to appropriate vacancies
* Creating candidate profiles
* Taking candidate references
* Requesting and adding candidate ID and certificates to the database
* Monitoring weekly timesheets
* Conducting candidate aftercare
* Associated administration
Who are we looking for?
Previous experience in sales or customer service
The ability to deliver exceptional levels of customer service
Self-motivated and target-driven
The ability to adapt to a fast-paced sales environment
Ideally educated to university level (not essential)
Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
A real team player with the desire to constantly learn and "get things done"
The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and strong problem-solving skills
A resilient, driven, and flexible approach
Outstanding communication skills, both verbally and written with the ability to communicate with various stakeholders across the business
Good IT skills: the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly

Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday
