My client is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join them on a permanent basis. My client is a construction main contractor who work across several sectors including agricultural, commercial, industrial, and civil engineering.
Job duties include
* Taking off quantities from drawings
* Producing Bills of Quantities
* Obtaining material and subcontract prices
* Pricing and producing quotations
* Preparing CDM Documentation, Site specific Health and Safety Plans
* Placing Orders
* Scheduling materials and fixings
* Provide information and produce Valuations/Final Accounts
* Self-motivated and used to working as part of a small team
* Establishing Plant requirements
* Computer literate
