Full-Time Project Administrator Job for 6 Months.

Our Client is a large Healthcare organisation and is looking to recruit a Project Administrator to join their growing team and provide administrative support.

Your new role
Duties include:
(Administration Duties)

  • Preparation of agendas and minutes, taking appropriate follow-up action as required.
  • Produce high quality reports, presentations, letters and other correspondence on behalf of the Department.
  • Provide administrative and project support to members of the transition programme team.
  • Plan, prioritise and manage complex and conflicting workloads.
  • Work with other administrative staff to ensure that appropriate cross cover is provided.

(Project Support)

  • Input, monitor and check data to help keep track of projects.
  • Gather data and feedback from team members in order to assist with the production of highlight reports.
  • Collate programme-wide reports from the highlight reports produced and other information.
  • Support the team with the management of projects, gathering information and undertaking enquiries as and when necessary for the Head of Department, teams and the department and participate in department events.
  • Organise and plan events as necessary including producing and distributing any supporting information material.
  • Work with all team members in the collection of information for performance reporting on relevant team projects.
  • Act as a point of contact for teams, dealing and responding effectively with complex queries from stakeholders and passing on relevant information to appropriate team members sensitively and autonomously.
  • Supply the relevant information required for financial management, supporting the head of department and team by checking and receipting invoices for payment.
  • Order stationery as required.
  • Run and collate reports which may include reports to the Board and senior management as required
  • Provide guidance and advice on relevant policies and procedures.
  • Carry out other appropriate delegated duties as require.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need Significant administrative/ secretarial experience including initiating and maintaining office systems.
You will also need to demonstrable experience in dealing with the public and dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
Intermediate knowledge of IT systems and software programmes such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
Understanding of Confidentiality and Data Protection Act; Knowledge of NHS issues.
Minute taking experience.

What you'll get in return
This role is a 6 month assignment, paying up to £11.95 per hour.
There is flexibility to work from home but you may be a required to attend the office on occasion for key meetings/ when the transmission rates reduce.
