Page Personnel are working in partnership with a fantastic, market leading brand situated in Warrington who are recruiting for a Payroll and HR Advisor to join their team.
Our client is an exceptional manufacturing brand based in Warrington, extremely well known for their market leading presence within the industry.
Reporting to the Payroll manage, the key duties for the Payroll and HR Advisor are:
Involvement in full end to end process of Payroll
Ensure all employee documentation is obtained upon employment and maintained throughout the employee's life cycle, as necessary.
Assist with coaching the Team Managers through HR related issues
Conduct the first day HR induction in conjunction with the HR Assistant for new joiners, ensuring they receive the appropriate level of induction as required
Process fines for fleet
Update tax codes
Process statutory payments
Monitoring, reviewing and updating all HR policies and ensuring these are in line with the current legislationProfile
The successful candidate for the Payroll and HR Advisor role is:
Experience working within a Payroll and HR position
Experience using SAGE (Not essential)
Proficient using Excel
CIPD Level 5 or above
Excellent communication skills
