Responsible to deliver:
*Senior Leadership visibility and alignment for driving answers through stakeholders and data associated.
*Build relationships of trust across the Partner eco-system; collaborate effectively across internal teams to help define strategy, goals, potential risks and gain commitment to timelines and deliverables.
*Find solutions for answering and measuring hard questions about the business, customers, and partners.
*Document and suggest "what" questions we should be asking that we are not now.
*Design and drive the creation of an Operations Dashboard
*Drive/PM "dashboarding" across the business
*Monitoring and managing our Operations funnel
oWhat metrics are needed
oWhat is the dashboard
*Analyze available data to identify additional metrics and measures
*Analyze data to identify trends/patterns/insights
*Understand and document business objectives
*ROI of initiatives
*Efficiency of new program
*Who are our "XXX" partners
*Which partners should have Exec relationships?
*What gaps are there across our business processes
*Partner segmentation model and reasoning
*Analysis of where are our partners are and where do we want them to be
Skills and Experience:
*FastTrack Organization or FastTrack Benefit experience
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*Demonstrated ability to deliver results while working on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing resources, timing, and quality of outcomes.
*Data visualization using Excel, any PowerBI is a plus.
*10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
