Due to recent business success, we have just moved into our new, modern City office in Bedford House (Belfast City Centre) and are now looking for an Operations Consultant to join the team!
YOUR NEW ROLE
As our Operations Consultant, you will join Reperio's growing internal Operations team, forming an important part of our business offering to our existing Clients and Contractors.
You will take lead of our IT Contractor account by managing the Contractors by keeping in regular contact and dealing with any queries they have.
You will also be required to maintain current Client relationship as well as carryout some business development in order to identify new business opportunities.
We are looking for an individual who can work professionally and be capable of managing their workload effectively.
Provide regular engagement and management of relationships with existing Contractors and established Clients.
Support the administration of ongoing contract placements and contract extensions.
Act as a primary point of contact for problems or queries from Contractors and Clients during onboarding or throughout the duration of a contract
Actively develop and build on existing relationships to generate potential new business opportunities.
Ensure the completion and documentation of relevant compliance information, as well as updating all other relevant information and data on internal systems.
Assist with onboarding of new Contractors.
Liaise with the internal Admin team to deal with additional ad hoc requirements.
Third-level qualification in a relevant area
At least one year of previous experience working in a recruitment or other professional services environment.
Demonstrable experience in building and maintaining strong client and/or customer relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and react to competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven time management, organisational and process management skills
