£16.00-£19.30 PAYE per hour
£17.90-£21.60 paye inclusive of holiday pay per hour
£20.40-£24.60 umbrella per hour
All of the rates are depending on skill and experience.
Working Days and Hours: 37.5 hours a week
Day to day operational management responsibility for the workforce bureau operations team. Leading and planning the supply of workforce to the vaccination centres across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland (LLR). This is a great opportunity to work alongside system partners, building strong relationships in order to deliver an effective and equitable COVID-19 vaccination programme at pace. Naturally, you will have excellent organisational skills alongside excellent communication skills both written, face to face and over the telephone/video calls. The WB Operations lead will lead the operations team to manage the relationship with all Covid-19 vaccination sites (NHS & Non-NHS) and to meet demand of workforce as requested to ensure operations run effectively and efficiently

To provide operational management advice and support across the vaccination programme.
Develop and deliver information sharing systems.
Highlight exceptions and risks ensuring mitigating action is taken.
Drafting reports summarising status on issues, appraising outcomes, and providing progress reports for the director.
Collate as required, qualitative and quantitative information and lead appropriate analysis contributing to delivery of programme and service improvement.
Analyse, interpret and present data to highlight issues, risks and support decision making.
To facilitate and participate in the development of interagency, multi-disciplinary partnership working initiatives.
To contribute to strategies and policies for service improvement and development
Actively encourage service user and staff feedback about the service.
Monitor, review, and audit programme delivery, reporting to line manager regarding issues of service pressure, provision and action required.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications;
Operational / Project Management experience in NHS
Experience of managing people.
Experience of managing change.
Experience of building effective cross functional working relationships.
Ability to organise own work load and that of others.
Ability to use own initiative.
Ability to deal with sensitive and stressful situations and conflict.
Ability to engage with clinicians, administrative staff, and management at all levels.
Time management skills
Competent IT skills, to include Microsoft Office packages.
Highly developed communication skills with the capability to analyse, review and make sense of highly complex, sensitive, or contentious information.
Ability to identify risks, anticipate issues and create solutions and to resolve problems.
