They have over 35 established branches and 40 Equity Partners and are continuing to grow rapidily and due to winning a large Industrial contract an exciting opportunity has become available to join them as an Experienced Account Manager who has Call Centre/Contact Centre sector experience within the recruitment industry, the successful candidate will be overseeing and looking after the client contract to ensure that the PSL requirements are achieved.
The ideal candidate will have a strong recruitment background as an Account Manager and have experience looking after large on site contracts within the Call Centre/ Contact Centre sector and be used to reacting to client needs to supply large numbers of temporary staff at short notice to meet their demands.
As an experienced Account Manager you will have full responsibility for ensuring that the contract runs smoothly and you will be working with the National Contracts Manager and Branch Manager to ensure that the client receives a first class service. The successful candidate will get the full support and guidance of the branch manager and the senior management team.
The person they are seeking will be an experienced Accounts Manager within the recruitment industry and who has worked within the Call Centre/Contact Centre sector and who has managed and developed large on site contracts
The successful candidate will be working closely with the branch and client to give a service second to none. You will be based from home and on site with the client but may have to report to a nearby branch therefore you must have a driving licence to perform this role successfully.
Basic 25K to 28K with commission plus car allowance
