This company is a global real estate firm operating in 39 countries and the role will be based at a UK location within in the area of Mayfair.

Your new role

You will be responsible for the day to day operations within the office and front desk, working in a fast-paced environment to deliver an excellent service to the stakeholders of the business.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Corporate Office Management experience
  • Ability to work to deadlines within a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive approach to work, be able to hit the ground running
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • A positive attitude to learning and developing your skills!
  • Diary management/managing bookings
