Multilingual Customer Relationship Executive - Fife - Salary: £Competitive

Are you an experienced Customer Relationship Executive looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience working within a fast-paced business, dealing with key customers and clients daily? Do you speak German, French, Spanish or Italian fluently?

We are looking to speak to experienced Customer Relationship Advisors for a new position based in Fife. For this position, you will have experience providing excellent service daily, to a vast customer base via telephone and email. Ideally, you will come from a customer service team, within a fast-paced, manufacturing environment (preferred) and will enjoy building key relationships internally and externally. We are keen to speak to candidates who are fluent in English and an additional language such as German, French, Spanish or Italian.

This is a permanent role, with the working hours of Monday - Friday 8:30-5pm. They salary for this position is competitive and will be discussed further upon application.

Are you who we are looking for?

You have experience within a telephony or F2F customer service environment

You are fluent in English, both written and spoken and either German, French, Spanish or Italian

You enjoy building and maintaining key business relationships

You have experience working towards set targets and KPI's

You are proactive, and want to go the extra mile for your customers

You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and other packages

You have experience utilising CRM or BAN systems (desired)

You are organised and can manage your time to meet set deadlines

You can adapt to everchanging customer requirements

You have administrative and order processing experience

What is the day to day like?

Handling inbound calls and emails from a vast customer base, various territories

Reviewing and processing customer orders within set timescales

Monitoring customer orders, daily, weekly and monthly

Liaising with various business departments daily

Maintaining regular contact with key customers to ensure excellent service is always received

Ensuring all information is accurate on the internal database, to provide visibility to the wider team

Building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

Working closely with the external sales team, updating on any issues or changes

Working towards set targets and KPI's, individually and within the wider team
