To support the creative team within Archant Dialogue, working across the whole of our client portfolio. As a Junior Designer, you will work under the supervision of our Creative Lead, producing high quality and engaging designs in both print and digital format. You will support design projects from concept to completion, creating design solutions using set templates and prepare files for reprographics.

What's the tough stuff?

  • Helping to create engaging content across multiple channels within tight deadlines
  • Maintaining excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to jump from project to project, across different clients and platforms, whilst maintaining high standards of consistency.

What skills do I need?

  • Experience with design software (InDesign) and graphics editing tools (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Familiarity with design techniques
  • Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts)
  • Teamwork skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Time management and multitasking abilities
  • Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude
  • BSc/BA or equivalent in Design or a related field

Where will I be based?

This full-time role will be based in our office in Norwich, with the opportunity for agile working after probation.

The office is close to all major bus routes and only a short walk from the train station.

There is also an on-site restaurant.

  • Full time and permanent role
  • Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
