1st Line IT Support Technician is required to join one of the UK's leading suppliers of legal services to the insurance industry. As a long-standing client, they have proven many times how much they value their staff offering regular opportunities for progression, development and training.
The successful 1st Line Support Technician will need to think outside the box in this fast-paced environment as you will be providing both onsite and remote technical support for the user.
You will also be required to troubleshoot issues and train users within this busy service desk environment for issues relating to laptop, printer, mobile device, operating systems, and software. This role will suit someone with may be 1/ 2 years worth of proven IT experience in a similar 1st Line or Service Desk role who is eager to progress and build a career within a well established company.
