The organisations UK entity specialises in Technology & Managed Service solutions to the Enterprise, mid-market & public sector markets. As the business is going through a huge period of growth, we are looking to recruit a Internal Account Manager on a permanent basis to support key customers during and after the sales process.
This position will be based at our clients office in central London.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to.
Work with the business development/ external account management team to retain existing accounts, build customer relationships and drive sales
Providing administration support to the external sales team
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the businesses services & product portfolio
Respond to customer queries in a timely manner
Manage the quotation process
Upsell and cross sell the businesses products, driving value and ensuring maximum profit
Experience working in a sales function or sales support role
Previous account management experience desirable
Experience in upselling or cross selling a range of products or services
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple customers / tasks
