Working from home with some travel to London, this role is to work closely with the Head of HR to develop and embed Recruitment processes and systems, driving high levels of standards to this growing company, also to ensure the candidates journey and candidate experience is exemplary.
Deliver in-house recruitment solutions across the UK, finding the best talent. Driving recruitment campaigns, use of recruitment tools, onboarding extensive permanent recruitment, with a strong focus on security clearance roles.
You will have proven recruitment experience, ideally at management level, within either an IT or technical sector. Extensive experience of delivering best practice, working to employment legislation with sound knowledge of this. Develop and introduce further recruitment processes, review and enhance current processes also. Knowledge of recruitment systems and Microsoft Office is essential.
