We are looking to recruit a HR Vetting Co-ordinator for a 12 months contract position based in Warrington.
The role will offer remote working after initial training but will require candidates to be local to the Warrington Office for meetings and for additional training.
The role would suit candidates from a HR/Recruitment Administrative background with some knowledge of the vetting/on-boarding process.
You must have experience of manual processing/systems
The purpose of the role will be to deliver all aspects of our clients Security Vetting function ensuring it remains compliant with legislation and customer and/or site requirements therefore ensuring that the correct levels of security clearance are monitored and maintained within agreed Service Level periods.
Delivery of all aspects of aftercare of security vetting including access/visitor controls, travel advice, renewals, appraisals and other aftercare requirements in line with HMG and regulatory requirements.
Support the Operational Security Manager in providing advice and support on all matters within Operational Security where required.
Knowledge, experience & skills required.
Overall Security vetting requirements in line with regulatory requirements
Security Policy Framework and Civil Nuclear Security Standards
Preparation of written policies, processes and procedures
Customer base and regulatory body organization and regulatory framework
Working with other internal business functions, e.g. HR, Finance, IT etc,
Knowledge of all access control systems and management of pass production for all Client Nuclear locations
Data Protection Act
Understand the business requirements of the organization and knowledge of offices and their contacts and locations
