HR & Talent Development Manager
Paying up £66k plus benefits
Experience in L&D and wider generalist experienced gained working in Restaurant, Leisure, Hotel industry essential.
This is a London Headoffice - so travel to london and across UK will be required
In this role you will support and work extremely closely with the HR Director to help drive forward Management develop across the c40 UK wide restaurants. You will be developing training material (with some delivery) and working to develop a key L&D strategy in line with the wider People Plans.
A generalist background will help you to support in other key HR projects, and work with managers on ER casework.
The successful candidate will have come from a similar business and will be able to use their previous HR and L&D experience to quickly transition in and help to drive forward the initiatives.
