Our company has gained an enviable reputation over the last 13yrs in business, being one of the oldest companies in the industry. Based at Kemble Airfield Enterprise Park, we have installed over 5500 renewable systems nationwide in various households and businesses including prestigious customers such as The Royal Family, National Parks, Palaces, Zoos, and we hold many awards.
We are looking for an Heat Pump Installer and Maintenance engineer with the below qualifications and experience to join the team installing ASHP, Solar Thermal and some GSHP for mainly residential customers. As previously mentioned, our installations have taken us all over England, Scotland & Wales so you will need to be willing to travel. Most of our recent installations have been carried out in the South of England, but we will install systems anywhere. You will be issued a company van and fuel card should your application be successful and the company will cover any costs for lodgings that are required.
Competitive Heat Pump Installer and Maintenance Engineer salary Circa £ (dependent on experience and qualifications)
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE INSTALLATION OF AIR SOURCE HEAT PUMPS & BE COMPETENT WITH COMMISIONING AND SIGNING OFF THE INSTALLED SYSTEM
Requirements for the Heat Pump Installer and Maintenance Engineer
MUST HAVE - NVQ Level 3 in Domestic Plumbing and Heating
MUST HAVE - Evidence of heat pump
MUST HAVE - Unvented & vented hot water storage systems DESIRABLE - accredited to at least one manufacturer
DESIRABLE - Gas Safe Registration
Knowledge and some experience with Ground Source would be an advantage
Person profile and working practice for the Heat Pump Installer and Maintenance Engineer
Driven, enthusiastic, conscientious, and easy to work with Trustworthy, with good communication skills and able to provide good feedback to management team
Able to build good rapport with customer base Will closely follow drawings, schematics, and manufacturer's guidelines Willing to work closely with technical team and our project manager and willing to help improve company processes
