You will lead the sales team in generating sales pipelines, new revenue opportunities, and create relationships in the property market to contribute to company growth. You will conduct meetings with prospective clients, lead responses to RFI and RFPs, work with commercial and technical teams to deliver on contractual agreements, provide marketplace feedback to commercial teams, and closing profitable long-term contracts.
Must Haves: Experience in Property Technology
· Track record in a sales role, identifying new opportunities, and initiatedsuccessful accounts
· Excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills
· Demonstrable experience in negotiating deals and contracts
· Technology literate
· Lead bid teams
· Sold technology solutions into property, insurance, telecoms, utilities, or retail industry.
