Are you a bright, bubbly and enthusiastic candidate seeking an opportunity to join an office based setting? Perhaps you have experience in customer service/retail and now ready for a new challenge? My client is seeking a front of house professional to join their team.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Provide fantastic customer service to all visitors acting as main point of contact upon arrival
Ensure all rooms are clean and prepared to the highest standard.
Taking bookings and diary management
Take enquiries via email, phone and social media responding accordingly
General upkeep of the offices and the reception area
Support management with follow up calls from sales and marketing material.
Additional admin support as and when required
To be considered you will:
Be well presented, approachable and have a 'can do' attitude.
Have fantastic communication skills
Be experienced in high end customer service
Good MS Office skills in Word and Excel
Have a flexible approach to work
