My client, a multi-site academy based in the Medway area are currently seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be RICS or BIFM/IWFM qualified or IOSH or NEBOSH certified. As a Facilities Manager you will lead the strategy for the estates which includes managing all the academies facilities such as maintenance, security, health and safety and facilities management. You will be responsible for overseeing refurbishments and projects and be actively involved in the bidding and procurement process.
Ideally you will have experience of Facilities Management within a multi-academy trust environment and be confident line manager.
The salary for this role is between £44,000 - £55,000 depending on experience.
