Are you an experienced residential Block Property Manager, Facilities Manager or Estate Manager who is looking for that rare opportunity to work client side? Working for this high-profile Landlord you will be responsible for managing a mixed portfolio in Central London, predominantly residential but some mixed-use stock too!
Initially to work on a 6 month contract basis (this may be extended), you will need to be available to start a new role fairly quickly.
Looking after this portfolio, the successful Property Manager will be:
Delivering a 5* service to occupiers / leaseholders -this client and renowned for having a true "best in class" approach and always try to exceed expectations.
Responsible for all H&S and statutory compliance across the portfolio - no cutting corners here, 100% compliance at all times!
Working with inhouse teams and third party providers to deliver a variety of hard and soft services, to include all PPM and reactive works
Responsible for the management of service charge and other budgets - all tracking, forecasting, variance reporting and reconciliation alongside inhouse teams.
Ideally H&S qualified - IOSH or NEBOSH
Ideally hold and property or FM related qualification - IWFM, IRPM or similar
