We continue to partner with and support a high growth pharmaceutical wholesale business and as part of ongoing expansion within their export sales team, we are recruiting an Export Sales Executive to support the business in developing and executing their export sales strategy.
The business has grown year on year, and have continued to invest into the long-term growth of the company. They have recently moved into a new purpose-built warehouse/storage facility and have also focused on investing in industry leading systems to enable them to offer their customers industry leading range of pharmaceutical products.
The Export Sales Executive role ultimately brings the opportunity to effectively own and drive the development of your own business unit within a larger business. You will be responsible for planning sales and pipeline development, in line with the overall business budget and revenue targets.
You will take ownership of distribution partners, all export channels and potential sales points of contact globally to work with existing customers and expand and close opportunities for revenue growth. Export is one of the key strategic pillars to drive the growth of the company, and you will effectively own the responsibility to drive growth, including the commercial flexibility to successfully negotiate sales deals.
Within the company, the Export Sales Executive will play a leading role in expanding the businesses footprint into new territories, and you will see the results of their efforts directly grow the business and help the company expand their market share.
The ideal candidate for the Export Sales Executive role will have the following background:
* Ideally have a proven track record of Sales/Business Development within pharmaceutical export/wholesale or the wider pharmaceutical industry.
* A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with businesses internationally.
* Strong level of attention to detail and a shrewd negotiator, who is comfortable dealing with a broad range of suppliers.
* Self-sufficient, but also able to work collaboratively as part of a wider team.
This will pay a competitive basic salary and a very well structured commission scheme, that gives very strong overall earning potential.
