The Shore Group Require a Contracts Manager in London
Working with a medium sized Electrical Contractor with various Projects ranging from Residential, Commercial and Industrial.
Office based in Central/South east London but mainly working out on site.
Must be Electrical biased
Role
- Overseeing and directing Electrical Projects
- Disseminate Relevant Information to various departments related to the project
- Monitor project progress and maintain schedule
- Develop project budget and track project costs according to contractual obligations
- Review and study project documents including estimates, Design drawings, Specifications, Customer proposals and contracts.
Package including Salary, Bonuses , Company Car/Phone , Holiday allowance and Pension. (21 DAYS annual leave with additional year for each year of service)
