Salary: £38k - £40k per annum DOE + Bonus Schemes
* Have experience working in elderly care homes
* Have a valid and active nursing pin.
* Be competent in managing staff and a team of care staff
* Have a strong knowledge of the care inspectorate and its area.
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and expanding elderly care provider based across Scotland. The company are highly regarded and strive to deliver leading nursing and residential care for the elderly with dementia and nursing needs. Our client looks to develop staff and can offer progression to key members of staff, this company is currently growing and expanding and will be looking to develop a new and exciting business development plan across the UK.
The successful candidate must have experience of working within elderly care with a specific background in nursing care. They will also be able to demonstrate knowledge gained in previous positions as well as suitable qualifications relevant to the sector. A priority for this company is going to be personal growth and training of staff and development of people's personal progression.
For this position we can only accept applications from candidates currently working in the sector, as well as candidates who can drive and have access to their own vehicle.
Where is the role:
This role is based in Inverness and is commutable from Nairn, Forres, Elgin, Grantown-On-Spey, Dingwall, Muir of Old, Invergordon, Fort Augustus, Achnasheen and Tomatin.
