Customer Support Advisor - Multiple Roles
We are working in partnership with a leading wholesale and distribution organisation based in Tamworth who are looking to add to their busy, fast-paced Contact Centre.
Managing Inbound and Outbound Customer Service queries from customers.
Resolving Queries relating to orders, deliveries, service issues and sales.
Going the extra mile to provide an excellent customer experience.
Maintain a consistent standard of service in accordance with scorecards and quality framework
Experience in a customer service/contact centre/sales role
Great communication skills both verbal and written
Confident, Personable and Self Motivated
Computer Literate - Basic IT Skills
Salary: £19,834 + Bonus + Fantastic Benefits
We will also consider candidates who have worked in a face-to-face customer service position.
