My client based in Haddenham, is looking for Customer Support Advisor to join their team! This position will be working partly from home and in office. You will be responsible for providing and maintaining outstanding customer service and helping their customers resolve technical issues over the phone.
The successful candidate must be professional, motivated, and able to communicate clearly and effectively. You must also have strong resolution skills and confidently problem solve where necessary. Strong computer application skills, knowledge of both PC and MAC operating systems, is essential.
This position is Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm and is 35 hours a week.
