Business Development Manager
To £50000 plus benefits.
Seeking a highly commercial business to business development manager for our Peterborough based client. You will be identifying and creating business opportunities for the organisation to expand its service delivery - both in current clients and in new business opportunities.
You will already have developed a business winning formula for responding to complex tenders, and in winning the business from this. Increasingly they are invited to tender for new business, rather than winning new opportunities through relationships and sales activities.
You will continue to own new business and will take ownership of the project to then embed and implement the business into existing operations. As a result, you must have previous experience leading project teams and managing internal, and external stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you must be able to:
* Share a track record of winning and embedding new business.
* Demonstrate a best-in-class approach to responding to and winning tenders.
* Naturally engage with internal and external stakeholders showing high levels of influence and decision making
* Have a natural flair for numbers - analysing data and performance statistics to create insight to underpin decision making.
