We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bid Writer to join our team. As a Bid Writer at MTVH you will contribute to business development by planning, researching, and writing high quality tenders and other bid submissions in order to win new, and retain existing care and support contracts and other services.
You will largely be self-supporting but within a small, committed and supportive team that takes the lead in ensuring that MTVH is the provider of choice for providing care and support services to vulnerable customers. You will be pivotal in the quality of the writing for the bids submitted.
You will be based in either our Nottingham office or one of our several London offices, though we support agile smart working arrangements which allows part of the week to be based from home.
What you'll need to succeed
As an experienced bid writer, writing successful tenders and bids, you will have the ability to condense colossal amounts of data into an easy and bespoke narrative making a compelling case. You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills conveying complex information in a clearly intelligible, precise, and concise manner.
If you are someone with project managing bids and can demonstrate liaising and managing high volume of tenders to varying timescales, this is your opportunity. You will have significant amount of flexibility and whilst there will be an expectation to travel to one of our offices either London or Nottingham, you will be based mostly at home.
Working as part of a small team, you will use excellent analytical skills to understand and disseminate key points while being responsible for generating income by also supporting the communications and marketing team.
