Business Analyst (ERP) - Temporary up to 6 months

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst to join our Digital and Technology Futures Team for a 6 month contract; This team supports the RNLI through delivering various IT and digital projects to support the strategic direction of the RNLI, including the ERP upgrade of Microsoft Dynamics AX to Dynamics 365.

As a Business Analyst you will focus on our ERP upgrade programme, moving from Microsoft Dynamics AX, to Dynamics 365 (D365). You will communicate with both non-technical staff and technical members of interdisciplinary teams, using your excellent facilitation, interpersonal and presentation skills to:
- Understand the current state of our ERP solution and cost of priority processes today
- Capture business requirements, specifications, and capabilities for the future
- Define future state business processes, functional and non-functional requirements, and systems goals
To be considered as the ERP Business Analyst you will need:
- Previous ERP experience (AX to D365 experience is desirable).
- Strong communication skills to build good relationships with our key stakeholders and customers.
- Good end to end requirements management experience.
- The ability to gather, clarify and collate complex business requirements and challenge the business on what they truly need for the future.
