Clearwater People Solutions are a successful recruitment agency, sourcing and placing candidates across the UK with organisations. We are looking to hire an Branch Administrator to join the busy and expanding Account Management function to assist with an increased workload.

This will be an office based role. We are happy to consider applicants looking to work both full time or part time.

Key responsibilities for the Branch Administrator :
* Preparing candidates CVs to be submitted across to our clients and hiring managers
* Emailing clients in regards to CV submissions and interview requests
* Uploading CVs to clients portals and tracking systems
* Answering incoming calls to the desk and taking messages where necessary
* Uploading roles to our Bullhorn database and making sure that all candidate and client information is up to date
* Assisting with the onboarding of all contractors ensuring that they have the relevant paperwork and documentation in place to start onsite
* Answering any incoming enquiries from contractors in regards to Umbrella companies or timesheets
* Regular check-in calls to onsite contractors and candidates to ensure they have everything they need
* Making consultants aware of new opportunities being advertised and competitor information

Key skills and experience for the Branch Administrator :
* Excellent telephone manner and confident speaking to people over the phone
* PC Literate and good MS Office skills
* Ideally 2 years office experience
* Experience of working in a fast paced environment
* Attention to detail and excellent written communications
