To co-ordinate the delivery of pre-sales proposals and working within a Complex Deal team, to support the delivery of complex projects by managing the lifecycle of International and Complex Deal Opportunities through the various stakeholders within the UK and international entities.
Providing a vocal point between Sales and Operations by qualifying and understanding International Sales and Complex Deal Opportunities, supporting sales with International risk management.
International and Complex Deal management
Qualify new International and Complex Deal Opportunities to further understand requirements and assign ownership to the correct business area
Ensuring qualified opportunities are commercial viable and accurate
Liaising extensively with Senior Managers across Legal, Credit and Logistics
Manage and maintain effective communication between the Sales and Services divisions
Ensuring all international and Complex Deal Opportunities are dealt with in line with business SLA's
Chair International desk review meeting with operational teams; manage changes to process, updates or new projects as well as sending out actions, setting deadlines and follow ups
Database analysis - check trends and patterns to help identify training needs or gaps in the services
Continually review processes to improve workflow and production.
Creation of analytical reports and KPIs
Management of the International Opportunities mailbox
Maintain the International and Complex Deal Opportunities database
Maintain the SharePoint site and Intranet area for the International Desk
Deliver high quality, professional and responsive project coordination service to internal clients and clients for complex projects
Manage the coordination of resources to agreed project plans to ensure availability to project timescales
Manage the company's risks by following project document development, approval and acceptance processes
Manage the company's risks by understanding legal implications of project commitments
Manage the company's risks by documenting and managing project scopes, risks, assumptions and issues throughout project lifecycle, escalating and highlighting to relevant parties for resolution as necessary
Maintain electronic and paper project document library for pre-sales and projects
Ensure the Project documentation client sign off process is followed.
Monitor and report use of resources against agreed budgets
Support delivery to time and budget
Team management and development
Provide reporting in line with team and customer requirements.
Manage time as agreed with manager and ensure records are kept up to date.
