Come and join a well-established business as an Administrator to work within the Manufacturing sector based in York. Working Monday to Friday 8.00 am - 5.00 pm and earning a salary from between £18,500 - £22,000.
Working within a busy office environment you will be responsible for any Administration duties. Benefits to working for this company, you get to wear casual dress, there is free onsite parking and staff discount is available.
You will be organised, hardworking and ideally have previous administration experience. You must also have excellent IT and communication skills. Full training will be provided for this role.
The role will consist of.
Confirming Installation appointments with clients
Organising paperwork and confirming jobs with the fitters
Filing and printing documents
Answering the telephone and forwarding to the relevant department
Assisting the production manager
Liaising with our clients, sales team, and operations team and our fitting teams
