The Talent Acquisition Team has a rare and exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our award-winning team on working from home basis.
Pay rate - Upto £12/hour
Hours of work - Monday to Friday, 35 hours a week between 8am-5pm
Contract - 12 weeks initially
What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless experience across the full recruitment life cycle, you will be supporting the internal recruitment team with their administration tasks.
Monitoring internal ATS system for new applications and CV's
Moving candidates to CV review and monitoring the completion of assessments
Allocating interview slots and new starter calls to candidates
Monitoring the candidate journey
Liaising with key stakeholders where required
Uploading candidates to internal databases and managing offer process
What Skills do you have?
We are looking for an experienced Administrator who has a high level of attention to detail and is able to pick up new processes quickly.
It is imperative that you are able to work flexibly, and the role would be particularly well suited to you if you enjoy working within a fast paced, energetic and ever-changing environment.
You will also require the following:
Collaborates and communicates well with the ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
The ability to share information and ideas with others, while continuing to learn from those around you
Self-motivated and can use own initiative to recommend innovative solutions.
