Monday to Friday - 40 hour week - 8am-5pm / 9am-6pm

We are working in partnership with a marketing-leading, national FM / Facilities Maintenance company in the Maidstone area who are looking for an Administrator to join their parts team.
The successful Administrator will be a fast-paced individual who builds rapport well, with both engineers and clients and works well under pressure. You will be a logical thinker who can make sound judgement calls and has an excellent eye for detail. Previous experience within a parts / supply chain / ordering position would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided.
The duties for this Administrator role will include but not be limited to:
Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email
Quoting all works identified by the engineering team, obtaining costs from suppliers for parts and equipment
Raising work orders for all accepted quotations
Raising purchase orders and ordering all parts and equipment
Monitoring / chasing all parts orders in transit
Monitoring and updating client portals on a daily basisYou will be available to carry out a video interview with me prior to a first stage telephone interview with my client with a 2nd stage, face to face / meet the team with my client afterwards.
