Administration and Accounts Assistant
Salary : £18,000 - £21,000
Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a administration and accounts assistant position to be based in Birmingham. The successful candidate will have some finance and administration experience.
Answering calls and dealing with queries
Opening and distribution of all post
Typing up letters and memos
Posting cash payments using SAP system
Contacting customers regarding refunds
Assist with inputting purchase invoices
Credit card reporting
Taking credit card payments
Meeting and greeting visitors
Cleasing of aged debtors lists monthlyThe Candidate:
Must have some accounting and administration experience
Experience is using SAP system
Excellent knowledge and experience in Excel
