Are you experienced within Finance and have strong administrative skills? We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Finance team on a 6 month fixed term basis.
You'll be looking after the Treasury and Accounts Receivable for Hillarys and Thomas Sanderson, from monitoring completed orders, to importing daily transactions into SAP. Experience with SAP is desirable. Transactional processing and reconciliation experience is essential.
You'll also be responsible for importing daily deposits received into SAP, monitoring outstanding deposits that are due, and issuing reminder payment links to customers within agreed timescales, so excellent time management and organisation skills are a must.
You'll also need to be a strong communicator as you'll be liaising with our Customer Service team to resolve outstanding customer payment issues, liaising with our Specialist Products Survey team to identify no deposit orders, and taking payments from customers when required.
You will need to be a confident user of Microsoft Excel and have the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload.
This is an exciting time to join Hillarys, as the team is expanding and taking on a number of new projects which you will be involved in. You'll be based at our Head Office in Colwick, Nottingham.
