We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator to work in Leicester City Centre to be part of a small established team working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm although my client could offer some flexibility for the right candidate.

As the Accounts Administrator you will report into a Manager you will working for a reputable company going from strength to strength.

As the Accounts Administrator your duties are listed below

Creating invoices on Xero
Adding bills on Xero
Creating Credit Notes
Bank reconciliation on Xero
Weekly bank payments - uploads & single payments
Cash flow Sheet
Other administrative dutiesTo be successful as the Accounts Administrator

Bookkeeping experience
Sales ledger experience
Purchase ledger experience
Be competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Xero experience essential
Ability to input data accurately and with speed.
Ability to work to tight deadlines.Once successful as the Accounts Assistant you will receive the following benefits
