THE COMPANY: Exciting times for this well-established, growing organisation who provide competitively priced, quality products. They supply a range of wound care, debridement, bandaging and compression hosiery for use within community / primary care environments and they are currently seeking to recruit a commercially focussed, strategic healthcare sales professional to help influence senior NHS teams and procurement and grow their business within the South Yorkshire and East Midlands region.
THE ROLE: The successful Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining existing business and developing the opportunity for regional business partnerships in CCGS - key products are compression and advanced wound dressings. Main points of contact are tissue viability nurses, medicines management teams, procurement, clinical pharmacy teams, district nurses. This is a commercially focussed role with a split of virtual working at home and some face to face meetings out in the field.
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE:
Successful in the healthcare sales arena with in-depth knowledge of either medical devices or pharmaceuticals sold through procurement teams
Wound management and / or compression therapy experience at formulary level will enhance your application
A competent relationship builder with an ability to work on commercial packages and present these face to face or virtually.
THE PACKAGE FOR ACCOUNT MANAGER:
Basic: £35,000 TO £43,000
Bonus: £10,000 TO £15,000 uncapped
Car: Fully expensed company car or £550 pm allowance
